The Advertising Review Program is a collaborative effort between the Northeast Ohio Auto Dealers' Association and the Ohio Attorney General's Office, which provides for a review of franchised dealership advertisements by the association with an opportunity for open discussion, counseling and corrective action before any state regulatory action occurs. The advertising review program assists dealers in understanding and complying with state and federal advertising laws, with a goal of self-regulation.
